The Family Baptist Church of Toledo, OH, originally founded on April 29, 1979 by Rev. Floyd Rose, represents a visible and local manifestation of the early church that originated over 2,000 years ago at Pentecost.

There have since been several ministries and programs that have been raised up and developed, with the central purpose of each being to "Seek the salvation of the lost."  With this as its mission, The Family Baptist Church is grounded in the Word of God, seeking to be light in a dark and dying world.
